Please look in block 1547334 in transaction d76054ad2ff631bed24a5d8f8c73517a67cebf2009bedb4b5724e8f1ff65831a.
With the packet world wallet version 1.4.0-6e104220 under windows 10 I did the following:
Fold coins (on the account there was approx. 10050 PKT with approx 80 PKT immature.
The folding transaction shall process 9985 PKT
In the blockchain, there are 20 input coins with 19971 PKT (which I do not have on this account). Output was correct (9985 PKT) and the transaction fee was horrible high (13.85 PKT/Byte)
I think this is not normal and shall be investigated as soon as possible.

This is a (known) issue in the explorer, where transactions inputs are sometimes doubled, resulting in incorrect fee calculations as well. It's not a bug in the wallet. It will likely get corrected eventually once explorer.pkt.cash resyncs. You can see that the transaction is correct on one of the other explorers, like https://explorer.pkt.ai/tx/d76054ad2ff631bed24a5d8f8c73517a67cebf2009bedb4b5724e8f1ff65831a
