Describe the bug
The behavior of TinyMCE on the 3.4 has been changed and it's displaying its own menu instead of default browser menu.

Given that it just has a "Link" menu, which isn't that great, it makes sense to recover the old behavior or make it more useful.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Access a form which has a TinyMCE editor
  2. Right-click on its text area

What application are you using?
OJS 3.4
