modules/nginx-multiport-module/ngx_http_broadcast_module.c：ngx_http_broadcast_commands少了一个ngx_null_command
ngx_rtmp_codec_add_variables函数：for (v = ngx_rtmp_codec_variabes; v->name.len; v++)这个地方原理同上，只不过结构体不是command_t, 我是直接改成遍历数组修复
