Problem description
For phetsims/qa#1170, when the Signed ammeter preference is selected, and then a battery is flipped, only the ammeter attached to the battery will give negative values in CODAP even though all ammeters show a negative value in the sim.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a circuit similar to the one in the screenshots
  2. Check all the variables
  3. Press Start Auto Collect
  4. Press Stop Auto Collect after a few seconds

  1. In Preferences, select Signed for Ammeter Readout
  2. Flip the battery
  3. Press Start Auto Collect -- only the ammeter next to the battery will have negative numbers in CODAP even though the sim shows all negative values

@samreid - Please investigate this one ... I suspect the wrapper needs to listen to the same property that the current ammeter is listening too ... or it needs to be adjusted in some way to match.
