Set up automatic github interfacing

This is down the line, more of a long term goal, but wouldn't it be nice if there was a controller that would pull repos, and then run the generation, and push the updated documentation to github. That would help to automate these docs and keep them up to date.

I think that we could utilize git's post-update hooks. Github also has some features I was investigating for this kind of automated workflow last semester. For GitHub, I believe https://developer.github.com/webhooks/ could likely help with this.
