How do you add devices?

So with the h100 hub and smart plug i found their ip address in the tapo app settings and they work great , but for my contact sensor T110, motion sensor T100 and smart button S200B i cant find their ip address in the tapo app . The device settings > device info only shows the mac address , now these devices were added as soon as i added the h100 hub but no events are reported and it says "unavailable" under sensors . Thank you .
