Think of a way to allow different clubs to manually input their respective scoresheet first (a command that will update a local file? Use a DB eventually?).

A way for Ren-chan to generate a new scoresheet on demand? Probably not -- each club would want to manage their own access.

Then a way for different clubs to supply lobbies to monitor?

And a way for clubs to specify their scoring rules (e.g., whether the riichi sticks go to the first place at the end of a game)
