System Details:

Operating System: Both Windows and Linux
Distro(For GNU/Linux and BSD users): Windows 11 and Fedora KDE
Desktop Environment(For GNU/Linux and BSD users): Windows and KDE
Persepolis Version: 5.0.1
How do you install Persepolis? (Repositories, source, ...) Windows Setup File and Fedora Repo

Issue Description and steps to reproduce:

Two (2) issues.

Issue 1) Sometimes persepolis does not catch the download and Vivaldi's download manger takes over.

Issue 2) Sometimes the file does not complete the download, even though it reports complete. You will find a part file next to the download.
