28 active groups in Germany?

The first one: The website is dead when you try to click through to it:

So by pm.org standards, that group is not active. So our data is correct?
Unless... we should consider the URL above as good enough information, even though it includes a dead link? 🤔
I don't read German, so it's hard for me to evaluate...

Since the first 3 of 28 are ... not active groups(?), I guess I'll stop auditing?

The side bar of that wiki says that it's being rampaged by spam bots. And the changes feed seems to agree (unless the site is suddenly about discount shoes and badly utf-8 encoded chinese text).

The "send me an email" link goes to a default "what is plesk" page, which is also a clue.
