Cantaloupe IIIF Processors

Currently the Cantaloupe IIIF server uses an "automatic" selection strategy to select the best processor to use for the requested image. We're seeing issues with the "TurboJPEGProcessor". We should adjust the selection strategy to "manual" and use the "Java2dProcessor" to all image formats (except PDF) to avoid issues with the "TurboJPEGProcessor".

Testing Note

The above change shouldn't be immediately obvious to the end user, but we'll want to check that images are loading as expected for the following sites:

• https://staging.coredata.cloud
• https://pss-scavenger-hunt.netlify.app/
  • Click into search result, view images via the Place side panel
  • Note: We do not need to check content images (posts, paths, home page, etc), as these are not served via IIIF
