How to integrate dualselect from docs/examples in a composer-safe way? #11

My expectation is to use HTML_QuickForm2_Element_DualSelect and not to make Composer activities depending on manual changes, such as copying those files into their respective folders. How is that done the most elegant and automatic way without human intervention?
