Do we need to extend the proposed definitions to account for entities that are free or bound to some cell structure/organelle?
An example would be "free" versus "bound" ribosomes. Free ribosomes are not attached to any other cell structure/organelle and are freely floating in the cytoplasm. Bound ribosomes are attached to the cytosolic side of the endoplasmic reticulum.
For some terms in MP and HPO we need to distinguish between free/unbound, bound, and total amounts of proteins and chemicals in the EQ.
To do this we would like to add a set of terms as children of amount/increased amount/decreased amount (PATO:0000070/PATO:0000470/PATO:0001997)
