Describe the feature

Currently, the public functionalities to run computations on the cloud platform uses PyQ. We should make use of the functionalities inextensions.py to allow the use of private emulators.

It should be implemented because

Enable private backends computations on the cloud platform using Qadence

Additional context

Relevant functionality in extensions.py.
