❌ Error while dialing / Handshake / server rejected handshake; status code = 408

I am seeing the following error from time to time in my logs while running everything locally.
That means my telemetry backend is not loaded at all, it gets data from 3 local nodes (kusama, polkadot, westend) and serves 1 unique frontend.

I noticed that this issue usually happens right when the node starts and not after.

I have seen this as well on occasion. I've no idea why though, and I don't know whether it's an issue on the substrate side or here (I wonder whether it happened prior to the backend rewrite or not?). Nodes seem to connect successfully on their next try.
