Issue Description:

The Email and Deliverability section states that all sites have access to a "local Postfix service", which seems to be outdated information when compared to our recent release notes regarding switching to Sendgrid's API for transaction emails- https://docs.pantheon.io/release-notes/2024/05/sendgrid-transactional-emails#:~:text=Historically%2C%20Pantheon%20has%20relied%20on%20a%20local%20MTA%20(postfix)%20to%20send%20these%20messages%2C%20which%20has%20led%20to%20common%20issues%20such%20as%20emails%20being%20categorized%20as%20spam%20or%20failing%20to%20deliver.%20By%20switching%20to%20SendGrid%27s%20API.

Suggested Resolution

Update the details in the Email and Deliverability section to say "All sites have access to a basic implementation of Sendgrid for transactional emails".
