no-invalid-position-at-import rule incompatible with @use directive

no-invalid-position-at-import rule is now enabled by default, but this doesn't work for Sass files that use the @use syntax unless you configure the following override:

    "no-invalid-position-at-import-rule": [true, {
        "ignoreAtRules": ["use"]
    }],

this should be configured out of the box. maybe stylelint-config-standard-scss does it for us...?
