Acceptance Criteria

  • Meets plain language requirement for 4th grade level
  • Use pronouns
  • Use Active Voice
  • Front load important stuff
  • Use bullets or numbered lists
  • Use clear headlines in sub-heads
  • Chunking & Blobs
  • Informational hierarchy
