Research into third party rating APIs

Acceptance Criteria:

Ability to show overall rating
Friendly bedside manner
Ease of check-in
Rating includes a competency element
Peer reviews / ratings
Ensure this satisfies the non-functional requirements of the feature
A write up of findings
Ratings must be provided of competency and must be credible
