Task to profile on-the-fly q-coordinate generation for various sizes of pixel data from detector information.

Key routines may be:

  • calc_qspec
  • calc_qw_pixels
  • calc_qw_pixels2

There is also calc_projections mex code which is currently disabled but may be used in calc_qspec
