CollectionView Do not scroll automatically when user drag cell to last visible cell

Hello

I have used your code in my application but having some issues.
When user scroll snapshot view to bottom and I have suppose 10 more rows then it should scroll automatically until reach the last cell.

Like Table View ReOrder working..
