I tested the environment with pandoc-citeproc and I got a bibliography without problems.

Bibliographies always come last, so that my Markdown file ends with

# Literatur

to have a proper title. The bibliography is rendered automatically after that.

Perhaps it would be good to have a definition for that case.

Sorry, what do you mean with definition? A class attribute in the source and a makeup in the ConTeXt environment (such as in dedication, epigraph and colophon)?

I’m afraid makeup contents don’t split into the next page. So, makeup isn’t an option here.

But let me know what I’m missing.

Is there any tag to style the bibliography?

Not yet. But what do you need to style?

Sorry, it isn’t idle curiosity, but I need to know to style best 😏.
