install python-opencv
run python record.py to record a video to output.avi
run python test.py
You can change the video input of test.py to be the webcam.

start.sh: Start script that sources the ROOT env variables. Makes it easier to lauch via Desktop Menus. Adjust path to ROOT install.
photoncam.desktop: Desktop launcher. Copy to $HOME/.local/share/applications and adjust paths inside.
