Save images with extensions matching their mime type

Jagex consistently uses the incorrect file extensions for images. For example, an image might have a .jpg extension but .png mime type. Solution: when saving the images, check the mime type and save the image with a file extension matching the mime type.

This is problematic because the wiki file upload requires the extension to match the mime type.
