Right now we have this implemented slightly ugly in a branch: https://github.com/osm-in/osm-tasking-manager2/tree/query-times

Have filed an issue upstream here: hotosm#879

Just tracking here since whether the issue makes it upstream or not, need to reconcile these local changes.
