Can't save file to a folder

Hi everyone,

I met one issue. My application redirected "Documents" folder to a special folder which is in the Virtual folder(like OneDrive).
I used Windows11 and Windows 10. I edit a file in notepad and save it after editing. I could not save it on the Windows 11 laptop. But I could save it on the Windows 10 laptop. I saw my log. The Open and GetSecurityByname were called many times for the “\Documents" .
Could someone explain to me about the seniors when the Open will be called and when GetSecurityByname will be called? And why sometimes called the file' directory(which is wanted to save), sometimes call its parent directory? Thank you.

Why the createOptions and grantedAccess different during Open ?
