first stage: base infra

base infra pipelines will be ready this week!

• vault ha cluster via libvirt
• proxmox ha-cluster via libvirt
• github server via libvirt

infra will have full cicd pipeline:

• deployment to libvirt (cliudinit),
• backup data
• generate random passwords , ssh keys and mac
• store all vm secrets and important facts in vault
• sign shh keys using vault
