Air alarms automaticly cool/heat rooms

A small feature of baycode is that when a room is too hot, a air alarm automatically cools or heats the room. It would be neat to have this as a QOL and so a space heater doesn't need to be dragged in a room when its only 1c hotter/cooler than normal.
