Live Stream of In-Person Hiero Hackathon

We will hold an in-person event today in Germany. The event is organized by the Java User Group Dortmund, and we will celebrate Hacktoberfest. While people can do their first open source commits at Hiero in the event, we have set up a live stream of the introduction of the event.
