checksum error: The parameter is incorrect

I updated my repository to go 1.14.7 and my build for windows encounters this checksum error:

• CALCULATING CHECKSUMS
   ⨯ release failed after 195.00s error=open dist\ccloud\ccloud_SNAPSHOT-6f49fe3_checksums.txt: The parameter is incorrect

On the other hand the my build on Linux and Mac works just fine after updating to go 1.14.7, only windows is the problem.

What does this error mean?

Updated the goreleaser version to the latest (0.142.0) and the problem seems to have gone away, will mark as answered for now
