• should this be available for literal value? eg:

$foo = 1 :is (Float);
$foo = undef :is (Maybe[Str]);

• should this be available for expressions? eg:

return 1 :is (Float)
return :is (Maybe[Str]);
return foo :is (Float) (1, 2, 3);
return do :is (Maybe[Str]) ...;

• should this be available in boolean context?

if ($foo :is (Float)) { ... }

• this can supplement tainted (imho very good idea though current implementation not sufficient)
