Offensive Cybersecurity Needed?

I’m not currently involved in dev or testing, currently, but I was discussion the tech with an associate who is an expert white hat hacker (govt clearance), having completed contract to penetration test and compromise (successfully) govt agencies. He’s very interested in this tech. Do we need someone like him to help harden the solution, or does that already have sufficient coverage? Let me know who I need to talk to on this.
