年度が変わると以下のことが変わるが、それに対してシステム側・運営がどのような対応を取るかを記す
学年が上がったとき
院進
卒業時
対応
毎年年度はじめ（4, 5月）に登録されたメールアドレスに対して、上記の情報に変更がある場合は更新するように促す文面のメールを送る
