Timeline watchers disable in settings

Hello Everyone and thanks for awesome app and contributions.

I've been using Activity watch for some time now and I'm amazed how much data it can provide me.

Today whist checking some of my previous activity i noticed one thing,

'Timeline' gets really slow to load, most probably due to 'aw_watcher_window'

Sometimes i just need to check my afk time as I'm using chat app to log my time as well.

I'm thinking of contributing to ActivityWatch to add an option to enable/disable watchers shown on timeline in settings menu.

I'm looking for your thoughts on this, any pitfalls i may stumble upon developing that you might be aware of, and general interest in this issue as well.

Hope i'll find some time next few weeks to do this :)
