Validate that currently strategy (1 space-bound ASG per service instance) makes sense.

Validate that CF (garden-linux, cloudcontroller, admin-ui) scales with a large number of space-bound ASGs:

10 service instance per space
200 spaces

Measurements to be detailed, potentially using Performance Acceptance Tests
