when i am trying to run gorgonia/tensor package or while installing i am getting the above mentioned error

i know this is version issue .
but i have uninstalled and installed several times . but still the issue is same

I am sorry for the delay.
I do not have time to work on onnx-go anymore; therefore I cannot tell you that it will be fixed.

Meanwhile if someone knows how to fix it, a PR is welcome.
