How do I get help?

At Oppia, we don’t care how silly your question is! Just ensure your question is clear, and provide us with enough information to help us resolve it quickly.

This is the best place for interactions with other Oppia contributors. Given below are some of the categories we have:

Some things to keep in mind

• Before you post - search! There are already thousands of posts from Oppia devs. If your issue is similar to an existing post and the post is NOT resolved, add a comment there instead of starting a new discussion. Or upvote an idea that you support. However, if the issue is resolved, please create a new discussion!

• Please paste all stack-traces/code in codeblocks and refrain from pasting images of code in the discussions

• If you feel the issue will be better addressed through a video call, feel free to request one.
