[URGENT] Closing of project to new contributors

!!! This is really important !!!

Hello Outreachy applicants! Due to the high interest in our project ('Creating Science Lessons'), we are now closing it to new contributors.

If you are currently working on a contribution, please continue to do so. You will still be able to record contributions on the Outreachy website, even though the project is closed to new contributors. But you need to record your in-progress contribution ASAP.

In other words, even if your tasks have not been reviewed by a mentor create a folder where you will add all the tasks something like this

share the folder as your contribution on the Outreachy website, you can still update/edit your contribution until the deadline but if you fail to add a contribution and the project is closed you will not be able to access the Record a Contribution button for this project again.

If you have not started on a contribution by today, please consider applying to another Outreachy project.

New deadline 12th of October 2022 9am WAT.

That means all the 3 task folders will now be in a single folder called Oppia's contribution.

And we don't need to have 3 separate records
