An hour ago, a contributor had a bit of a pickle understanding of how to create a discussion in the Q/A category.
So in the bid for better collaborations between contributors and mentors, and also in the bid to understand how to use GitHub properly here are steps to creating a discussion in the Oppia Lessons-team repository.
Step 1: This is what you are directed to when you click on the GitHub link from Oppia project description on the Outreachy website.
Step 2: The most important things to take note of are the navigations. As you can see, you're currently on the 'Discussions' tab in the Lesson-team repository in Oppia's Github server. Also, you are currently viewing the 'view all discussions' category.

Step 3: To create a discussion, you have to be in the discussion tab which you already are in. The "New Discussion" button on the right side of your screen is how you create a discussion. However, you must note that wherever you are on the categories is where that discussion would be created.

Step 4: Just as I said above; to create a discussion, you need to be on the exact category you intend to create a discussion in. In the first image, you can see I'm in the Q/A category
In the second image, this is the interface you see when you click on the 'New discussion' button. See that it indicated that I'm about to create a discussion in the Q/A Category. You go ahead and fill in the title, then type what you want to type and then click on the 'start discussion' button to publish your discussion to everyone.

Take note
If you have any questions about the project, contribution or Outreachy do ask these questions in the Q&A category and tag the mentors (@Kebith and @Giftedgrace and @devanshkat) to get a prompt response.
Furthermore, as @Kebith replied in #776 "Please open a new discussion in the Q/A category for each question you have. Asking another question under an old discussion makes it less likely for us to see the question you asked. So I suggest you re-open a new discussion and ask the latter question again."
Why did I do this? Solely to help contributors who are still joining in.
Cheers to better collaboration between us all🥂😊
