Hello @Chi-John there are different post test(survey) forms for different research plans. You might want to edit your question by adding the specific research plan you are referring to.

Also, you can find the form within the document explaining the research plan. If it has a post survey form, you'll likely find it towards the end of the discussion guide.

Extra tip: Clear Q and A titles will draw the attention of the mentors. You may want to edit your title to suit your question better.

This is how you can access the result of your participants for the post-test they took.

Send an email to [email protected] ,and request for the post-test and pre-test results ensure you also add our mentor @Kebith ( her email address is [email protected]) as one of the correspondents of the email ,she can help you follow up, and ensure they respond to you on time

This is the format I used to request for the results yesterday and they have replied me today
