For you to be able to carry out the analysis in this document Template for Research Plan -- Effectiveness of Basic Math Lesson, please send an email to: [email protected] or [email protected] requesting the results for the forms that were filled.
Please make sure you copy me- [email protected] in the mail you are sending to either of them, so we make sure your mail doesn't get lost in the sea of emails they receive daily.

Furthermore, in your email, make sure to provide the
(a) participant ID of your student,
(b) the topic that was attempted, and
(c) the links to the forms that you need the data for, so that they can send you the results. (In this case, the pre-test and post-test forms)
(d) the dates the forms were filled by the students
