Hi @Kebith and @AddisalemB My laptop died and I tried to continue my lesson review on the app. But I found out that my account on the website and the app aren't synced. Which means I have to start from the beginning of the story. I thought my progress will transfer to the app. Is this how it is, please? or did I do my sign-up wrong? If it's how it is, are there plans to make them sync in the future? just curious. Thank you. |

The lessons you download via the Android app operate on a different system, and there isn't a way to sync your account and profile across the Web and Android. This is because web account and Android app are completely separate. However, you can continue to the lesson review from the web app on both phone or laptop. *Edited |

I see, thank you for your feedback. I tried the web app on mobile but couldn't sign in because of a bug. Might be from my browsers, but I've raised it as an issue. Will continue from my laptop today. |
