Hello, are there any specific community question to answer?

Also, how do we submit our skill table? Do we just upload to our google drive then share the link on the contribution tab?

There aren't specific community questions to answer, based on what is indicated on the contributions for Oppia at Outreachy's website.
If you want, you can also complete the optional tasks.
About the second question, yes! You need to put in a google folder the contributions you made, like the skills table. Then you record your contribution at Outreachy's website. The contribution should be an url of the google folder with your contributions.
