After student runs autosync when they login their screen is black. Only current solution found is on the student login to press Ctrl-Alt-Del and click the power icon and select restart.

Currently known bug in Cred. version 1.0.9, will be testing in the latest version (Currently: 1.0.118) within the next few months (After school quarter ends).
This bug is rare, but occurs on both GEN 1 and GEN 2 machines.
Current fix is in the initial post. (Ctrl-Alt-Del > Left Click power icon > Restart)
