LMS App - RAR files not syncying when turning in assignments?

Reported by Julie Pruit (CRCC) that students trying to turn in RAR files aren't syncing properly? Need to investigate further.

Just wanted to add that I have two classes that started having issues uploading any assignments over this last week. Our Business class and our Computer Programing class at WCCW. When I re-credentialed one of the laptops that wasn't working, it seemed to work after. I'll be working with them today (12/8/2020) to see if re-credentialing the rest solves the issue for the other machines. Up until this last week, syncing was working fine for the machines.
