We are still playing catchup on re-credentialing laptops but I have updated our OPE/SMC. I had a student that was syncing and it booted him to the login but with his account disabled. I logged in and re-credentialed ( new sync looks like now ), but for some reason none of the SMC linked videos in Canvas will play on the laptop. Is there a location that I should clear so that it can re-download them?

I found a spot under user > appdata > local > OPE > OPELMS > content > www_root > smc_video_cache where some videos are at. They play fine out of the syncapp. I renamed the folder and had the sync repopulate a new cache, but still they won't play in the sync app.
Seemed to resolve itself for that student. I tried syncing multiple times, but for some reason when the student synced today, the videos worked again? We had one other student lose videos after being locked out. Anyone else have this issue?
I reached out to SCCC, this seems to still be an issue leading to multiple sync attempts needed to get the videos to play through the LMS app. I've requested a copy of a db file from a machine doing this to check and make sure something isn't broken or weird going on.
