We are still using dumps from Q1 2024, where we have new dumps from Q3 2024 (and Q2 obviously).

See openzim/zimfarm#1041 for the root cause

All stack exchange ZIMs dated 2024-10 are using these old dumps. I will start again all recipes in november once upstream issue is fixed.
