Haven't looked if that's possible and the license field is empty (so big no no at this stage), but wouldn't it make more sense to have three separate zim files (books, journals, films)?

We first need to assess license. And then I'm concerned about the Films category which is probably going to lead to a huge ZIM.

US government material is Public Domain but I've sent an email asking for confirmation.
