Unable to update archive metadata missing IDs

Trying to upload a new logo for a zim file, when I try to save the metadata I get ERROR: Unable to update archive metadata but no explanation as to what is causing the issue

Can you share the logo so I can check if it's related to it?

It it not square (311x240), but I don't remember it being a limitation

OK it has nothing to do with the image but is related to coming back to a project and updating

When coming back to previous project, under certain conditions (TBD), update fails due to

if (storeProject.lastProjectId === null || storeProject.lastProjectPendingArchive === null)
      throw 'missing IDs'
