When a file is uploaded, it enters a status-refresh loop that can take a while to complete.
Should the file be deleted (trash icon next to it) or the whole project deleted (trash icon next to project name), corresponding file(s) should be removed from this watch list and those generate infinite requests that are erroneous and can never succeeed
