Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an API-user I want to fetch all departures that have been cancelled.

Goal / high level use-case
For a travel-info website/app it would be useful to have a simple way to list all current interruptions.

Describe the solution you'd like
A specific GraphQL-query that looks up cancelled trips based on a set of (optional) filtering-parameters:

authority
line
operating date
include partial cancellations?
...
